Canadian Olympian, Evan Dunfee, displayed the true meaning of sport when he responded to the unfortunate incident of being bumped from the bronze medal standing at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. Dunfee shares that "contact is part of our event, whether written or unwritten and is quite common. I don’t believe that this was malicious or done with intent. Even if an appeal to CAS were successful I would not have been able to receive that medal with a clear conscience and it isn’t something I would have been proud of. I will sleep soundly tonight, and for the rest of my life, knowing I made the right decision. We are super excited to be able to offer Sports Academy again next year at KCS. The program has been growing every year, and are looking forward to next year being our largest group yet. Our athletics program at KCS is all about building better people, and developing character through sport. Sports Academy is a character driven basketball program that is designed for students at any level to develop as a person and an athlete.

KCS Students: $500 in cash or cheque ($100 will be considered a non-refundable deposit)
Non-KCS Students: $1000 in cash or cheque ($200 will be considered a non-refundable deposit).
*Non-KCS students will be considered on an individual basis
