Cross Country team running strong!

For the first time in KCS history, the Middle & High School Cross Country team attended the BC Christian Schools Cross Country Provincial Championship in Fort Langley.

After a five-hour journey to the event, our 22 runners placed second overall in team points, missing the provincial banner by 5 points to a fierce White Rock Christian team. 

Anchored by grade ten champion, Chloe Shivers, our 9/10 girls captured seven of the top ten junior girls' ribbons! Two of our European students and two of our Australian students joined the team as well. The team celebrated on the bus back to the Okanagan will Coach Sharp,  an exceptional day of challenge and perseverance!
