KCS is at an exciting time in its history having recently entered a period of significant growth coupled with a renewed sense of vision and commitment to our core mission of building disciples of Jesus Christ. As we move into our exciting future, Kelowna Christian School is looking for a dynamic Director of Advancement, to lead its Advancement Department in the next stage of its fundraising and development efforts.
The selected applicant will:
- Lead the Advancement program at KCS to generate funds for specific initiatives, capital projects and long term financial sustainability for KCS.
- Build community with current and past families and other support groups, providing opportunities for them to support the core purpose, core values and core programs of KCS.
- Oversee the Annual Giving Plan.
- Collaboratively with the Development Committee, Leadership and Board establish long range KCS Development Plans.
While this position is initially posted as a .5, it is our hope and expectation that the position will grow with the efforts and achievement of the Director.
